About P&M Automotive Equipment
P&M Automotive Equipment is a family-owned business in Maddington, Perth. Since 1981 we have supplied vehicle hoists and workshop equipment across Western Australia, and we install, inspect and repair what we sell.
Family owned in Maddington since 1981
We started in 1981 and the business is still family owned and run. Our office and warehouse are at Unit 5/75 Kelvin Road, Maddington. That is where we keep hoist stock, spare parts and our service vans.
We work with independent workshops, tyre centres, fleet operators and mine sites across the state. We do not stop at the sale: yearly hoist inspections, repairs and parts all come from the same team.
Ultimate is our own range of hoists and lifting equipment, backed by parts from our warehouse. We also supply Corghi tyre changers, balancers and aligners, Molnar, Carleo, Tecalemit and Stenhøj hoists, Mammut and Yak jacks, and Pilot Air compressors.
P&M is a Capricorn Preferred Supplier.
What we do
Equipment sales
2-post, 4-post and scissor hoists, tyre changers, wheel balancers, wheel aligners, jacks and air compressors.
Installation
Delivery, a check of your concrete slab, anchoring and a test lift with a vehicle at handover.
Hoist inspections
Yearly hoist inspections in accordance with AS 2550.9, plus the major inspection at 10 years of service.
Repairs
Breakdown repairs, replacement cables, seals and other parts, fitted by our own technicians.
Spare parts
Cables, lift pads and lift blocks kept at our Maddington warehouse.
Workshop setup
Help with bay layout and equipment choice when you fit out or move a workshop.
Where we work
Our technicians cover Perth and regional Western Australia, including the South West, the Goldfields, the Mid West, the Pilbara and the Kimberley. We also send equipment to other states.
