The HD500 is Corghi's entry into the heavy tyre changer range — built for commercial vehicle workshops handling rims up to 26" with a maximum tyre diameter of 1,400mm. Hydraulic controls throughout: horizontal for tool operation and vertical for wheel positioning. The result is a machine that makes demounting and mounting operations faster and less physically demanding.

Workshop Fitment Requirements
To ensure safe operation and compliance with AS 2550.9, confirm that your bay meets the following specifications before hoist delivery:
- Concrete Slab: Minimum 150mm reinforced concrete (25 - 32 MPa rating).
- Ceiling Clearance: Allow minimum 200mm clearance above total hoist height.
- Power Supply: Dedicated circuit breaker installed by licensed electrician.
